Are archaeology reviews still required for a Natural Features Inventory given that the State no longer provides clearance letters?

Yes. The City has arranged for an alternate process for preparing archaeology reviews, so they are still a requirement for a Natural Features Inventory. Note that archaeology reviews are sometimes not required in limited circumstances, such as if the site is nearly all paved and disturbed.
